Our Story

We grind small, and we grind often.

Copper Kettle started at a single farmers-market table with six jars and a hand mill. Priya still buys whole — pods, bark, seed and pepper — straight from growers and cooperatives she visits, then toasts and grinds in small copper kettles the week you buy it. Spice is a fresh ingredient; we treat it like one.

No fillers, no anti-caking dust, no year-old warehouse pepper. Just what the label says, packed by hand into jars you can refill.
